Stranahan’s® Diamond Peak third unique release: Caribbean Rum Cask highlights flavors that transcend traditional whiskey. Using a marriage of 6-9 year Stranahan’s, the liquid is finished in prized varietals of rum casks from the greater and lesser Antilles of the Caribbean: The Dominican Republic, Barbados, and Martinique.

The resulting whiskey presents a nose of dried apricot and crème brûlée, followed by bright tropical fruit notes against a brown sugar backdrop on the palate. Its finish reveals a viscous, nuanced sweetness with a hint of cola spice.
